About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the U.S. Cyber Command - J5 Directorate Requirements & Integration Branch at Fort Meade, MD.

Responsible for directing strategic academic partnerships, curriculum requirements coordination, and professional development opportunities for cyberspace operations.

Identify, analyze, and translate U.S. Cyber Commands operational cyberspace workforce challenges into defined academic curriculum requirements.

Ensure all academic initiatives are strictly aligned with future operational workforce needs, maintaining a rigorous focus on professional development and training pipelines.

Collaborate closely with the Cyber Talent Management Office (CTMO), the J7 Directorate, and other command training enablers to cultivate U.S. Cyber Commands future workforce and enhance professional competencies.

Provide administrative and technical supervision over civilian and military employees who perform a variety of U.S. Cyber Commands mission support functions.

Plan, direct, and assign work by providing instructions and guidance on unusual assignments or changes in procedures or operations.
