SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the INTELLIGENCE OPS DIRECTORATE of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14. You will be the Branch Manager overseeing the effective execution of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance programs.

You will also oversee the Intelligence Operations (IO) compliance program for Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport (NUWC KPT) on behalf of Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD).

You will serve as the Deputy Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO) and Deputy Site Government Activity Manager (GAM).

You will ensure the development and implementation of written policy and security procedures geared to be in alignment with all applicable policies that maximize flexibility and is supportive of mission accomplishment.

You will manage and direct the operations of the Branch, which includes assigned personnel, hiring, discipline, process development, performance feedback, quality control, and employee development.

You will be responsible for the development and execution of budgets, reporting of financial budget to actuals, and the health and effectiveness of supporting contract vehicles and assigned contractors.

You will be responsible for providing security compliance support, planning and oversight of security related activities for ongoing projects and programs for enduring and short duration-high intensity activity.
