About the Position: You will serve as Supervisory Budget Analyst, with responsibility for the application and execution of the command's budget program and the management of multi-million dollar military interdepartmental acquisitions and serving as the principal advisor t the Budget Officer on all budget execution matters.

Supervise a group of employees engaged in budget functions.

Assign work to employees based on factors such as the difficulty and requirements of assignments, availability, capability, and special qualifications of employees.

Manage all automated financial systems for the command.

Analyze financial management regulations and policies to assess impact on financial resources and future requirements.

Manage a customer focused program requiring regular coordination with echelons above and below own organization as well as external customers to shape program direction.

Formulate and monitor execution of a major reimbursable program.

Plan regular work assignments and prepare plans to meet substantial changes in workload.

Counsel employees regarding their progress in meeting performance requirements, or actions needed to meet standards.
