The incumbent will serve as the Management Operations supervisor, responsible for directing, planning, managing, and coordinating the program mission in the design and construction of complex water, sewer and solid waste projects to the American Indian and Alaskan Native Tribes by: Ensuring that water, wastewater, and solid waste engineering projects are properly meeting milestones efficiently within budgetary guidelines. Preparing project summaries, memoranda of agreements, interagency agreements, final reports, and transfer agreements to construct water, wastewater, and solid waste facilities. Ensuring agreements are complete and accurate and that the proposed engineering solutions resolve the identified deficiencies following engineering technical requirements. Coordinate contractual actions that are awarded under the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Indian Self-Determination Regulations or by tribal procurement under a Memorandum of Agreement. As a first level supervisor, manage personnel actions for Civil Service and Commissioned Corps personnel, including technical supervision and performance management/expectations.
