The incumbent will be responsible for leading collaboration with American Indian Tribes to increase and maintain access to water, wastewater, and solid waste facilities by: Performing professional engineering planning, design, and construction oversight activities for community and individual water supply, wastewater, and solid waste facilities to serve American Indian homes. Preparing project summaries, construction documents, and final reports. Ensuring accuracy of program data systems for assigned Tribes and communities. Ensuring that projects to address sanitation deficiencies are properly scoped, consistently scored, and have accurate cost estimates. Visiting Tribal communities where projects are being planned and constructed. Providing supervision and guidance to technical and administrative staff as a first level supervisor.
