SUPERVISORY FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST for Commander, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.

You will perform duties including work development, planning, assignment, scheduling and review.

You will provide guidance, instructions, and decision-making to subordinate employees on technical and administrative matters.

You will determine personnel qualifications and evaluate performances of subordinate employees.

You will recommend training, promotion, and reassignment of subordinate personnel.

You will be responsible for providing direct supervision for the Facility Management Specialists and Installation Energy Managers within the Requirements Branch.

You will be responsible for providing active facility management for all customers and supported commands within the area of responsibility.
