WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a SUPERVISORY FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Establishing facility priorities, standards, and practices to promote safe, reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable building operations. Providing oversight of facility repair, improvement, and space management requirements to ensure projects meet technical, contractual, and organizational objectives. Directing workforce activities and ensuring personnel actions comply with merit system, labor-management, and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements. Providing oversight of program resources to ensure effective allocation of funds, staffing, and other resources in support of facility operations.
