Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist

About the Position: This position serves as the supervisor for the Maintenance Branch and is responsible for planning, reviewing and analyzing the work of the employees.

Direct maintenance personnel by planning workloads, training requirements and evaluating performance.

Formulate short and long term HVAC programs that include scheduled and unscheduled repair plans, emergency response plans, and HVAC annual work plans.

Provide expert HVAC technical evaluations, advisory consultations, and program guidance to agency staff, contractors, and agency officials to ensure project compliance and guide facility planning

Deliver official command correspondence, technical reports, installation regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in writing and orally.
