You will provide financial management advice to senior leaders, interpret financial data, develop recommendations, and support organizational goals through effective planning, reporting, and resource management.
You will support strategic planning and budget development by analyzing operational requirements, preparing resource recommendations, and helping program managers justify changes, proposals, and funding needs.
You will advise program leaders throughout planning and policy development, evaluate financial requirements, identify performance measures, and recommend actions that improve program results and resource use.
You will lead and mentor employees by assigning work, setting priorities, evaluating performance, providing training, resolving workplace issues, and maintaining a fair and productive work environment.
You will prepare written and oral presentations for senior leaders, communicate financial findings and recommendations clearly, and collaborate with internal and external organizations on resource management matters.
