Supervisory General Attorney

This position is located in U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of the General Counsel, Civil Rights, Labor, and Employment Law Division, Litigation Section in Washington, D.C. The incumbent serves as the Supervisory General Attorney who supervises and manages a Branch or Regional Office, which under the direct supervision of the Regional Attorney provides legal services to field offices of USDA agencies administering within a geographical area assigned to the office.

Demonstrates success leading a team of attorneys in litigating federal sector discrimination claims.

Demonstrates experience providing legal guidance and advice on civil rights issues to high level officials.

Demonstrates team building and best practices development.
