SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER in the Engineering and Planning Department Code of PSNS and IMF.

You will serve as the primary representative of the Engineering and Planning Department and will be responsible for guiding, coordinating, monitoring and reporting on the engineering and planning efforts for assigned projects.

You will coordinate Shipyard efforts associated with pre-overhaul tests, inspections, and ship-checks.

You will resolve issues or conflicts occurring during development of the work package, such as overlapping functions.

You will supervise assigned personnel assuring production and accuracy requirements are met.

You will work with assigned Project Management personnel to develop a Plan of Action and Milestones to guide Engineering and Planning Department efforts for successful project completion.

You will represent the Project Engineering Manager and the Integrated Planning Manager as necessary at all project oriented meetings involving status, performance, or progress.
