This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforces to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Works under the general direction of the Director of Public Works, who holds incumbent responsible for planning, programming and directing the mission of the Division.
You will supervise contracting officers representatives (COR).
You will be responsible for budgeting and staffing needs.
You will be responsible for strategic planning within the organization.
You will be responsible for the management of work orders.
