Supervisory General Engineer

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DOD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Please see Additional Information section.

Serve as a Director of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), providing advice and assistance to the Garrison Commander, and top management officials of installation and tenant activities.

Oversee the administration and management of the base support contract for engineering, housing, and logistical activities.

Administer the contracts for architecture and design, engineering, housing and installation support services.

Direct the work of an organization that is responsible for compliance with all applicable environmental, natural, cultural, and archaeological federal, state and local laws.
