Supervisory Health Insurance Specialist (Division Director)

As a Supervisory Health Insurance Specialist (Division Director), GS-0107-15, serves as the Division Director with the overall responsibility for directing, coordinating, and integrating the functions of staff with the work of other internal and external organizations.

Overseeing work activities of teams responsible for operational changes to Medicare beneficiary programs.

Developing technical instructions on policies related to Medicare beneficiary enrollment for stakeholders.

Analyzing new or proposed legislation to determine the impact on current operations and develops implementation plans.

Serve as a business owner and system manager for several Medicare enrollment systems.

Collaborates with industry stakeholders on best practices for the security, exchange of beneficiary data, and resolving complex enrollment related issues.
