Supervisory Health Specialist

This position is located in the Office of Science Management and Operations (OSMO), Office of the Director (OD), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

As a Supervisory Health Specialist, your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Provide operational leadership and support for the coordination of the overall NIAID global research effort. Provide scientific expertise to the Executive Services staff in support of designated programs and initiatives. Oversee the development and administering of institute policies and procedures for scientific business and programs. Serve as liaison to NIH offices on issues related to intramural and extramural research programs. Enhance NIAID's strategic position in related to biomedical research.
