Supervisory Health System Specialist
About the Position: This position is located at Evans Army Community Hospital at Fort Carson, Colorado. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized.
Serve as a Practice Manager (PM) for one or more complex, multi-faceted, medical practice(s).
Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, allowing clinical staff to focus on patient care needs unencumbered by administrative tasks.
Contribute to the development and implementation of standard policies and procedures applicable at the practice level.
Plan, direct, analyze, and coordinate administrative activities for a health care delivery system.
Develop, implement, and oversee systems for the purchase of materials and equipment, review and make recommendations for temporary duty (TDY) requests, training, and other expenditures.
