Serves as a supervisor of the Workforce Readiness Branch under the Center for Strategic Engagement and Planning within DLA Learning, Development and Readiness.

Manages resources projected and available for planning, operations, and special projects.

Ensures all policy, regulatory and training initiatives are properly integrated across the Agency workforce.

Reviews program accomplishment in terms of completed project, executed results and accomplishment of objectives.

Articulates and communicates assignments, projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and deadlines.

Manages the review of briefings/training proposals prepared by speakers, lecturers, and instructors to ensure objectives are clear, materials are effective and appropriate for the participants, and allotted time is sufficient.
