SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

The primary purpose of this position is to: To exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the Civilian Personnel Flight and Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Human Resources element.

Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Civilian Personnel Flight. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the Force Support Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for personnel programs to ensure operations are in line with regulatory and fiscal requirements, support goals, and mission requirements. Facilitates technical personnel services provided by the Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC).
