SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the COMPACFLT HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE.

You will directly supervise a team of HR Specialists and HR Assistants who perform staffing, recruitment, and classification services that vary in scope, complexity, and occupational requirements.

You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.

You will direct and personally execute a full range of staffing, recruitment, and classification advisory services, with specialized emphasis on the complex, highly technical missions of the serviced commands.

You will conduct analysis and develop organizational design, position management, and succession planning based on the mission, current staff, and future staffing requirements of the activity/command being studied.
