About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the ST-W0KGAA US ARMY JOINT COUNTER-UAS OFFICE, Ops & Intel Division.

Serve as the Deputy Chief of Staff J2 Supervisory Intelligence Analyst for the Joint Interagency Task Force (JIATF 401) Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) enterprise as the focal point to the Intelligence Community (IC).

Serve as the technical senior intelligence expert and advisor to the Director JIATF 401 providing SME advice and recommendations in response to requests for information (RFI), intelligence analysis, and briefing products on all aspects of C-sUAS.

Facilitate the analysis from exploited threat sUAS material to provide signatures and measurements in support of C-sUAS requirements and capability development.

Technically and administratively supervise the JIATF 401 Intelligence Operations, Government Special Access Program (SAP) Security Program as well as the supporting technical and clerical staff.

Plan, direct, control, and evaluate the work of the JIATF 401 C-sUAS enterprise.

Ensure adherence to Intelligence Community Directives and Regulations, to include all Interagency partners' security requirements with respect to OPORD/EXORD, general policies, intelligence production management policies, and procedures.

Regularly represents the JIATF 401 at Intelligence Community and interagency conferences, meetings, and working groups, formulating and presenting the C-sUAS enterprise position on significant intelligence production and programmatic issues.
