SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY (ENGINEERING & ARCHITECT)

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serve as a Supervisory Resident Engineer performing and directing the range of field and office engineering activities associated with construction operations at a Resident Office.

Plans and coordinates work of the Resident Office.

Prepares budgetary estimates and justifications to obtain program fiscal resources.

Initiates submission of requests to servicing Human Resources Directorate for affecting personnel actions.

Gives administrative advice, counsel, or instruction to subordinates.

Participating in design review and pre-construction conferences.

Overseeing construction at all stages.

Performing contract administration functions and services as an Administrative Contracting Officer.
