SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER/PHYSICAL SCIENTIST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER/PHYSICAL SCIENTIST of NAVAL STATION.

You will serve as the overall program manager for Safe Drinking Water Act and Clean Water Act as the product line linkage and interfaces with the Environmental PMs to ensure plans, processes, and policies are implemented across the Branch.

You will lead environmental programs (e.g., drinking water, wastewater, storm water) to recommend or initiate corrective actions for compliance, as needed.

You will assign work to subordinate employees based on priorities, requirements, and employee capabilities to ensure work is performed and completed within established deadlines.

You will resolve engineering issues during operational planning by modifying standard practices and adapting techniques.

You will represent the component on various committees and boards involving other naval activities and other Federal and local government agencies.

You will provide expert advice to all Navy Region Hawaii and Navy and Marine Corps Installations located in the geographic area on State, Local and Federal environmental standards.
