SUPERVISORY INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the AVIATION SUPPLY DEPARTMENT of HELICOPTER MARITIME STRIKE WING PAC.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and controlling the functions of the branch by developing and enforcing DOD policies and procedures.

You will conduct studies which include review of mission and organizational structure, reporting requirements, procedures, as well as personnel, morale, facilities, and space requirements.

You will review and develop procedures to satisfy new requirements or to implement new regulations or policies emanating from higher echelons of authority or determined to be necessary locally to improve aviation logistics operations.

You will provide administrative guidance and advice, reassigning, personnel to compensate for changing workload, training of subordinate personnel, approving leave and overtime.

You will monitor matters relative to redesign, modification, installation, maintenance planning , and logistic support for the system and equipment.
