Supervisory IT Program Manager
This position is located at Departmental Offices, Treasury Common Services Center, Office of the Deputy Admin for Technology Services Operations. As a Supervisory IT Program Manager, you will be serving as a technical expert on IT infrastructure (telecommunications, operating systems, servers, office automation platforms, peripherals, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products, databases, and applications).
As a Supervisory IT Program Manager, you will: Advise on enterprise-wide program initiatives and troubleshoots individual systems as a means of supporting the Treasury Chief Information Officer (CIO). Initiate, develop, implement, and maintain oversight, management, and support of IT infrastructure, including initial deployments, enhancements, and upgrades. Assure the consistency in program outcome, adequacy, and success of Treasury IT infrastructure endeavors, including utilizing performance metrics to measure performance and assess user satisfaction.
