As a Supervisory IT Specialist (Applications Software), you will: Serve as the senior technical authority for Enterprise Case Adjudication and Processing Environment (ECAPE) application architecture, engineering, and lifecycle management. Ensure integration of cybersecurity throughout the application lifecycle and continuous alignment with FISMA, applicable NIST frameworks, and agency security policies. Oversee ECAPE operational performance, incident management, problem management, and change management to ensure mission continuity and user service levels. Lead Agile product teams using iterative development practices, backlog refinement, sprint/release planning, and delivery forecasting. Provide strategic direction for ECAPE modernization and operational improvement.
