Supervisory IT Specialist (Customer Support)

About the Position: This primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Chief of the Customer Support Branch located at ACH Winn Army Community Hospital Fort Stewart GA. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Provide supervision, guidance and coordination for the Customer Support Branch l and underlying clinics.

Direct daily work assignments in terms of trouble tickets, work orders, or project information including resolving Level I and Level II trouble calls.

Ensure trouble tickets are being resolved in a timely manner to meet mission requirements.

Identify specific types of hardware/software and coordinates for long term resolution.

Identify and determine training needs of subordinates; ensure informal training is provided to subordinates or coordinates formal training of employees.
