The primary purpose of this position is: This position will serve as a first level supervisor, providing, planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory branch employees.

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the branch, ensuring that the organization complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the 744 CS with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Serves as a Program Manager (PM) and senior program IT Specialist. Serves as the focal point for planning, management, and coordination of the IT lifecycle of assigned IT projects.
