SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN/ENTARCH)

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a supervisor providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over 8 nonsupervisory military and civilian personnel assigned to the USAFE-AFAFRICA Intelligence Directorates Intelligence Systems Support Branch (USAFE-AFAFRICA/A2XC). **Salary ranges include local market supplements.**

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of USAFE-AFAFRICA/A2XC, ensuring that Intelligence Systems Support and SIMO comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Represents USAFE-AFAFRICA/ A2 with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with key staff at DIA-EU RSC, USEUCOM/J2, AFRICOM/J2, DISA-EUR, HAF/A2, USAFE Staff agencies, other MAJCOM A2 staffs, AFISRA A60, 3AF/A2/A6,435 AGOW (Particularly 1 ACOS and 1CBCS), 86 Wing (particularly 86 CS). Assures uniform application of guidance across the theater. Develops, assesses and recommends revisions to MOU/MOAs, and Support Level Agreement's (SLA) with subordinate organizations and USAFE-AFAFRICAGSUs that assign specific responsibilities to assure compliance with USAFE-AFAFRICA Intelligence Systems policies and procedures as laid out in AFISRA/A6 guidance, and the USAFE-AFAFRICA/A2 & 435AGOW MOA concerning the Operation, Maintenance and Sustainment of USAFE-AFAFRICA Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications Systems (JWICS) and Theater-wide Collateral Intelligence Program Management Office (PMO) Systems.
