Develops, modifies or provides input into division project plans that meet organizational objectives. Identifies measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system. Leads, coordinates, communicates, integrates, and is accountable for the overall success of the program, ensuring alignment with agency or enterprise priorities.
