Supervise a team managing DoD network operations, ensuring secure and reliable IT infrastructure for the UARNOC.

You will serve as SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (SYSADMIN/NETWORK) in the Unified Atlantic Region Network Operations Center (UARNOC)(N32), Operations Department (N3) at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic.
You will directly supervise eight IT SPECIALISTS (SYSADMIN/NETWORK) and one Telecommunications Manager.
You will perform second level supervisory duties for Telecommunications Technicians.
You will distribute and balance workloads among the civilian employees in support of UARNOC requirements.
You will ensure the information security/information assurance policies, principles and practices are applied and maintained according to Department of Defense and Navy direction.
You will manage a department of civilian employees.
You will support the reliable operations of the UARNOC.
You will plan, schedule, and assist with the installation of new or modified program of record (POR) and non-POR systems
You will maintain documentation of the UARNOC systems and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
You will develop, implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures.
You will resolve hardware/software interface and interoperability problems.
