Supervisory IT Specialist (SYSADMIN)

About the Position: This position is with the Army Sustainment Command located at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas. This position serves as an IT Specialist (Security) ensuring adherence and compliance on all aspects of the Army Cybersecurity programs for unclassified and classified networks located at Pine Bluff Arsenal.

Ensure systems are operated and maintained in accordance with DA and DoD security directives and implement various policies and procedures.

Conduct trend analyses to forecast short-term and long-term customer tool requirements, and develop plans and budgetary documents to sustain operations.

Supervise employees by planning work, setting/adjusting priorities, assigning work based on capabilities, and evaluating performance.

Identify developmental and training needs of employees, provide or arrange for training, and find ways to improve production or quality of work directed.
