Supervisory IT Specialist (Systems Analysis)

This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Information Technology (OIT), Enterprise Systems Solution Group (ESSG). As a Supervisory IT Specialist (Systems Analysis), GS-2210-14, you will direct staff responsible for the development, modernization and maintenance of the Enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) products and tools.

Serve as Deputy Division Director in the Office of Information Technology (OIT), Division of Identity Management Enterprise Systems (DIMES) to manage all phases of division operations.

Direct a large, multi-functional team of IT professionals responsible for the development, modernization, and maintenance of Enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) products and tools.

Oversee enterprise ICAM architecture and technical strategy, including cloud-based services, technical standards, and IT modernization projects in an agile/CI-CD environment.

Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships across OIT, CMS, and industry partners, ensuring project and program objectives are met.
