Summary
The Supervisory Management and Program Analyst oversees the Business Operations Program for the DEA's Los Angeles Division. The role involves optimizing organizational resources, conducting performance audits, and managing logistics functions such as facility and inventory maintenance.
This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Los Angeles Division, Los Angeles, CA. This positions primary purpose is to manage and oversee of all aspects of the Business Operations Program (BOP) within the respective DEA Domestic Division.
As a your typical work assignments may include: Reviewing and structuring organization to optimize use of resources and maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Ensuring administrative, technical, and professional work complies with appropriate guidelines, policies, and approved internal controls. Managing performance audits during site visits to evaluate overall effectiveness of the compliance audit and review programs. Identifing administrative ambiguities and process gaps to establish solutions and streamline division's administrative process. Supporting management in logistics functions, such as supply, inventory, accountable property, facility, transportation/fleet, etc. and its maintenance.
