SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Strategic Management and Improvement Office of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

You will be responsible for oversight of all Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) projects, including metrics collection, executive reporting, and tracking Lean Six Sigma (LSS) proficiency of black belts.

You will negotiate effectively with executive-level management both within and outside DON activities to commit substantial agency/activity resources and implement extensive organizational or business process changes.

You will be responsible for all return on investment and cost reporting through the NAVSUP WSS Comptroller and validation of all metrics through technical and financial subject matter experts.

You will develop training programs and train personnel in all aspects of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) directly related to the division projects.

You will be responsible for setting team goals, assigning projects to team members with completion dates, monitoring progress, and directing work.
