Supervisory Management & Program Analyst

This position is in the Supervision/Management Work Category at the Expert Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. This position is for DISA White House Communications Agency at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, District of Columbia.This is an Excepted Service position and does not confer eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. If you are a current Federal Career/Career-Conditional employee, you will be placed on an Excepted appointment under 10 U.S.C. 1599f.

Provides input in the formulation of policies and procedures, which implement and assure compliance with federal statutes, DoD regulations, and which reflect consistency and compliance with all Memoranda of Understanding and Interagency Agreements

Provides expert technical advice on financial, acquisition, and contractual matters.

Administers the financial and contractual management aspects of several diverse programs, providing counsel affecting both policies and procedures for operating components.

Provides oversight for all financial, acquisition, and telecommunication services.

Develops short, medium, and long-range resource management and financial objectives.
