Supervisory Management & Program Analyst (Project Controller)

About the Position: Serves as the Chief, Project Controls Section supervising a group of project controllers. Incumbent serves as the supervisor over the District's Project Controls Section.

Oversee the day-to-day management of the team responsible for maintaining project and/or program schedules and resources in the Project Management Information System (PROMIS).

Develop, coordinate, and implement the District’s strategic approach to utilizing PROMIS.

Maintain constant liaison with counterparts at higher levels (regional) on PROMIS policy and program issues as required.

Serve as the assigned Project Controller for specific projects and programs that are especially complex or regionally consequential.

Serve as the District Project Controls Manager/Supervisor responsible for management, control, development, coordination and execution of the system.
