The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a third level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, mentoring, and exercising control over supervisory employees assigned to the organization. The position is responsible to the Commander for all things related to the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center-Elmendorf. Duties Director, plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of JITTC-E. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Serves as a consultant and expert involved in the application of advanced theories, concepts, and principles related to development or sustainment of JITTC-E.
