Manages and provides technical advice and guidance regarding a wide variety of military Human Resources (HR) programs.

Analyzes significant military HR management issues and problems and develops recommendations and alternative solutions.

Manages and provides technical advice and guidance regarding the establishment and maintenance of pay accounts.

Processes and edits of the complex pay actions.

Provides accurate and timely guidance to requests for information.

Prepares reports and presents briefings.

Supervises the daily activities of personnel within the satellite center.

Interviews candidates for positions in the organization and makes recommendations.
