SUPERVISORY MISSION SUPPORT OFFICER

The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory/managerial authorities as Director of Okuma Recreations Facility, Detachment 1, 18 FSS. Maintains responsibility for support functions inherent with the organization with full responsibility for execution of MWR programs, as well as representing Det 1 at meetings, conferences & community events.

Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of Okuma Recreations Facility, Detachment 1, 18 FSS (Det 1). Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents Okuma Recreations Facility, Detachment 1, 18 FSS (Det 1) with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Manages fiscal operations, facility requirements, and procurement/protection of equipment resources.
