SUPERVISORY NUCLEAR ENGINEER

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY NUCLEAR ENGINEER in the Nuclear Facilities and Waste Engineering Division, Code 2380 of PSNS and IMF.

You will determine areas of potential improvement and development

You will train and mentor junior engineers and direct their development in becoming fully qualified.

You will encourage development by assigning challenging and progressively more responsible work assignments to employees.

You will ensure mechanisms such as training. mentoring, procedures, accountability, and self-assessments are in place to ensure products of the branch are accurate, complete, and appropriately engineered.
