Supervisory Nurse (Case Management)

About the Position: This position is located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.

Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews with the patient and other family members, as warranted, and collects pertinent data from all involved health care agencies, medical providers and resource programs.

Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.

Prepares and conducts formal and informal consultations, training sessions or briefings for educating all levels of healthcare staff in the policies and procedures of Case Management.

Identify strategies to improve patient access, reduce administrative burdens, and improve the cost effectiveness for the health care delivery system.

Ensure guidelines are in compliance with case management standards of practice, and propose administrative changes to resolve identified problems or concerns.
