Supervisory Patent Issuance Manager

This position is located in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) within the Office of Application Processing for Patents (OAPP), Assistant Commissioner for Patents, Office of Data Management (ODM). The incumbent will serve as a Supervisory Patent Issuance Manager who will be responsible to perform as a principal information management specialist and to plan, assign, supervise and manage work for staff of subordinate specialist and administrative support personnel.

The physical worksite for this position is located in Alexandria, Virginia. Presence at the Alexandria, VA campus is required for this role, as it includes on site functions that must be performed in person. Position may be eligible for situational telework in accordance with agency policy/business unit discretion. The agency currently allows for 52 hours of telework per calendar year.
