Supervisory Physical Security Specialist

Directs the full life cycle of physical access control systems, power over Ethernet surveillance systems, video management systems, intrusion detection systems, life-safety technologies, HSPD-12 systems, and enterprise security network architecture.

Employs innovative, technology-driven security solutions aligned with federal mandates, national security standards, and agency mission requirements.

Represents the agency in executive-level engagements, inter-agency coordination efforts, inspections, audits, and strategic security initiatives, exercising authority delegated by the chief of the Multi-Discipline Security Branch.

Exercises full supervisory and managerial authority over subordinate personnel, including workforce planning, performance management, labor-management relationships, and disciplinary actions.
