Supervisory Procurement Analyst
This position is located in the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Office of the Executive Director, Office of Management Services, Contracting and Procurement Division (DS/MGT/CAP). The Contracting and Procurement Division provides a full range of acquisition and procurement services to DS leading to the acquisition of supplies, services, and equipment; interagency acquisition agreements (IAAs); personal service contracts (PSCs); credit card purchases, and grants and cooperative agreement awards.
Oversees the administration of DS Personal Services Contracts (PSCs) for the delivery of support worldwide.
Coordinates the implementation of Department procurement guidance throughout the Bureau and develops procedures and guidance to meet specialized Bureau requirements.
Supervises and leads a team responsible for a variety of contracting and procurement activities.
Reviews and analyzes short and long-range Bureau procurement/contract requirements to recommend procurement approaches and solutions.
Advises on the development and implementation of goals, objectives, plans, policies, and priorities for the Bureau.
