Supervisory Program Analyst (Ethics)

This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, headquartered in Washington, District of Columbia.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Supervisory Program Analyst (Ethics), you will: Oversee a comprehensive ethics program, including directing financial disclosure operations, interpreting conflict of interest laws, and providing authoritative guidance to senior officials. Lead a team of professional staff, to include; assigning work, setting priorities, evaluating performance, identifying training needs, or implementing strategies to improve productivity and program outcomes. Provide advice to employees and managers on the interpretation and application of ethics statutes, regulations, and policies on issues including financial disclosure, recusals and gift exceptions. Design ethics training courses and materials. Conduct HHS reviews of ACF ethics programs to evaluate effectiveness and compliance with statutes, regulations, and HHS policies.
