Supervisory Program Analyst

Summary

Supervise a team managing the Naval Air Training Command’s Training Management System, improving training methods and technical documentation for naval aviator programs.

You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the ACOS for Training of CNATRA. Headquartered on NAS Corpus Christi, TX, the Chief of Naval Air Training leads the Naval Air Training Command comprised of 5 Training Air Wings located on Naval Air Stations in Florida, Mississippi, and Texas. The wings are home to 17 Training Squadrons. The mission of Naval Air Training Command is to train, mentor, and deliver the highest quality Naval Aviators who prevail in competition, crisis, and conflict.

You will be responsible for the coordination of program tasks directly related to the NATRACOM (Naval Air Training Command) Training Management System (TMS).

You will review, evaluate, and recommend improved training methods that support functional use of the Training Management System (TMS).

You will assist in the development of TMS technical documentation, reports, and presentations.

You will provide technical and administrative direction of an aligned, engaged and high-performing team.

You will develops and executes a mission-aligned vision for the organization.

You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.

You will give advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both technical and administrative matters.

You will perform root cause analysis on the functional use of the Training Management System (TMS).
