SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST
Summary
Oversee human-capital operations for a naval oceanographic command: schedule meetings, track decisions, coordinate manpower requirements, and implement HR policy changes.
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the Command Services Department, Naval Oceanographic Offices of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.
You will oversee the execution of the HCMB ensuring that HCMB meetings are scheduled per the HCMB charter, agenda and minutes are prepared, internal documents that track all position change requests and decisions are adjudicated in a timely manner.
You will coordinate with the Comptroller's Office and the Plans, Programs, and Requirements Department to articulate the Command's manpower and human capital requirements and execute an effective Human Capital Management program.
You will receive, analyze, develop policy and distributes human capital and human resource information to the workforce, providing training or changing internal processes using CPI as needed.
You will coordinate office wide efforts for recurring Shore Manpower Requirements Determination (SMRD) visits.
