SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER within COMFLTREADCEN.

You will be responsible for maintaining the authoritative enterprise sight picture for aircraft and engine workload, readiness risks, and production performance.

You will translate operational data, maintenance requirements, and resource constraints into actionable plans and senior leader decision-support.

You will lead coordination and integration of all aircraft and engine depot-level maintenance requirements across FRC sites.

You will maintain a comprehensive, integrated view of induction plans, workload standards, forecast accuracy, TAT performance, material constraints, and capacity risks for all aircraft and engine programs.

You will lead development of the consolidated aircraft and engine out-year maintenance plan.

You will supervise and provide technical direction to all aircraft and engine coordinators across multiple TMS portfolios.

You will ensure timely identification of risks that may impact production schedules, depot throughput, material readiness, or Fleet availability.
