Supervisory Program Manager

About the Position: Serve as the senior USACE Project Manager and delegated program authority for the Fighter Town Recapitalization (FTR) Program within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pacific Ocean Division (POD), Alaska District.

Serve as Chief of the JBER Program Division and provide major recommendations which have a direct and substantial effect on the Alaska District's organization, resourcing, and the projects managed.

Supervise and manage a multidisciplinary team of program managers, engineers, construction professionals, and support staff performing professional, technical, and administrative work comparable to the GS-12 level or higher.

Provide executive level advisory support to USACE leadership on matters related to program execution, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies affecting the JBER Program.
