Responsibilities
- Lead assigned instruction and business-solution teams supporting CBP Air and Marine Operations training, scheduling, courseware, and stakeholder coordination.
- Assign work, set priorities, monitor team performance, and keep projects moving against approved milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and status updates for Government review.
- Coordinate with the COR, program leadership, instructors, instructional designers, technical writers, and other team members to resolve issues and keep work aligned with mission needs.
- Track deliverables, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction; brief stakeholders and customers on project status as required.
- Identify project risks early, elevate issues that require Government decision, and support corrective-action planning.
- Support staffing continuity by helping validate position requirements, onboard qualified personnel, and maintain documentation requested by the Government.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of program or project management experience; experience supporting training, curriculum, aviation, law enforcement, or federal mission-support programs preferred.
- Proficiency with project-management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, scheduling, and team-leadership skills.
- Ability to work at the required duty location and support CBP/AMO mission priorities in a federal contract environment.
